Following the famous "German Clock Trail" through one of the most beautiful valleys of the Black Forest (Simonswald) you will find the Trenkle factory which has been making traditional Black Forest Clocks for more than 30 years.
Everything from the case to the mechanisms is produced and assembled in the Trenkle workshops. For Trenkle an important principal that has been followed since the beginning of the company. In their modern carpentry workshop all parts of the clock cases are carefully crafted. The mechanisms are stamped by hand in brass sheets, wheels and retaining springs are assembled in precise detailed work by experienced employees before fitted into the cases. Before a clock leaves the company it is intensively inspected, tested and set. Only very experienced employees are involved in the final inspections.
Trenkle is known for creative ideas and frequent new models that add to a large product range. Trenkle has specialized in miniature Clocks and has created many little masterpieces at attractive prices. From the handcarved miniature clock to the high quality large cuckoo clock Trenkle can fulfill almost all customer wishes.
